Shipping policy

Congratulations, you’ve made it into team tribal!  Once your order has been placed please allow
us 48 hours to pack, prepare and send your order on it’s merry way.

It will then be passed over to one of our delivery
providers, (Royal Mail, DHL or Evri) and then standard lead time normally
allows for 3 working days.

If you have ordered via our website then you will receive
shipping confirmation with tracking details. 
If you have ordered through our other portals then this may vary.
