Our polos are true to size and you would be advised to order your ‘usual’ sizing. 

Between sizes? Like a tighter fit, then size down. Like a more relaxed fit, then size up.

We offer a 21 day returns policy from receipt of your
products, all items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

If you would like to change your item for a different colour
or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the
return shipping.

If an item has been incorrectly sent or is missing, please
reach out and we will resolve ASAP with you.

We are a growing business so currently all returns are

Yes we do!  We’ve previously worked with golf clubs, societies, stag dos, corporate events & golf trips overseas.  We’d love to hear about the great things you are planning and how we can work together.

Congratulations, you’ve made it into team tribal!  Once your order has been placed please allow us 48 hours to pack, prepare and send your order on it’s merry way.

It will then be passed over to one of our delivery
providers, (Royal Mail, DHL or Evri) and then standard lead time normally allows for 3 working days.

If you have ordered via our website then you will receive
shipping confirmation with tracking details. 
If you have ordered through our other portals then this may vary.

Be assured we put our customers first at checkout.  We have partnered with Paypal and Stripe to ensure safe transactions, both of which are highly encrypted with the customer at the forefront.

To further enhance our website security we have partnered
with TrustedSite (usually find their logo and verification in the bottom right corner of our web page) to reinforce our data protection.
